4.5 91piso reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reason to believe that a Player has violated these Terms, provided false registration information, or engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 91piso supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted methods are subject to change at 91piso's discretion. Updated payment method information is available within the Account wallet section.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20 unless a specific promotion requires a higher minimum. Maximum deposit limits may apply at individual payment method level.
5.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your 91piso wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing schedules of the respective financial institution and may take longer during weekends or Philippine public holidays.
5.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed during 91piso's standard processing hours. Requests submitted outside processing hours will be queued and processed on the next available business cycle. Players must have completed KYC verification before a withdrawal will be processed. Withdrawal funds will be remitted to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally feasible.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on the 91piso Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 91piso does not accept transactions in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Player.
5.6 Fraud Prevention. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the Player's own name are prohibited. 91piso reserves the right to reverse transactions, suspend accounts, and withhold funds where fraudulent payment activity is detected.
6.1 Bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by 91piso are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time of the offer. 6.5 Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through collusion, use of multiple accounts, or exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay — will have bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
12.1 91piso collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for a 91piso Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
